I haven't received my item yet, when will it get here?
our games are digital downloads that will automatically be sent to your email after purchase. however, if they don't, never hesitate to reach out to me at pregamebyci@gmail.com
What's the best way to print the board games?
after you download the provided files, I always go to the walgreens website, upload the PNG/JPG and order a 36" x 24" or 20" x 16" poster of it (varies per game. each listing will specify orientation & size) . And it's usually ready the same day! also, they usually have coupon codes online you can use!
What's the best way to print the card games?
after you download the provided files, I like to print mine on cover stock for a more durable card. You can do this at home with your printer or, I've gone to staples to use their self printing machines for a little cost (switching the paper to cover stock).
Refunding Policy
If you change your mind after purchase, I will only allow for a refund to be issued if NONE of the files have been downloaded. Because once you download them, you have access to print them, making it an unfair refund for me. Thank you for understanding.
